Mike Ross has been supporting client hardware and software needs for over 7 years. He is also certified by Microsoft as both MCSA, and MCP. As well, he is certified by Citrix as a CCA. Mike has successfully designed, implemented, and maintained hardware systems in Windows 9x, ME, Windows NT/2000, MS Exchange, as well as Citrix Metaframe.

John Kanack began working for Mary in 2000 as an IT consultant. John has several years experience with MAS and SQL and Windows products. He is also certified and experienced with E-Business Manager, MCP+I, MCSW+I and MCSE.

Pam Throop is well versed with the Internet, having left her computer support position in a large firm to start an Internet based company in 1994. She works with a variety of artistic programs for that added "flash". She also works with Perl and Javascript programming. She is one of the "webbies" who from time to time answer the phones. Pam and Mike have been working together with the Internet since 1994.
